Booking
Once you've made your choice and are ready to book, please inform me by email. I will then send you a summary of your quotation, the corresponding contract and the bank details to make a down payment relative to your cruise booking. The receipt of your confirmation email about the order of transfer allows me to follow the good arrival of the payment, to react in case of a problem and keep you informed.
Throughout this process (4-5 working days), I put the other reservation requests pending.
Booking your cruise is effective upon receipt of the down payment written on your quotation.
Security deposit
A security deposit of 500 € will be requested on boarding, to cover possible damage or loss of equipment on your side.
